SPOKANE, Wash. -- In a special 2 on Your Side story, I'm checking to see if waiting in the freezing cold on Black Friday (or in some cases, earlier) is worth it. I picked five items that I'd sure love to see under my tree!
Just prior to Black Friday, I browsed the isles of Walmart, Macy's, Toys R Us and Kohl's looking for some hot buys. Here's what I picked (with a little help from our photographer Brett).
The Black Friday prices:
1. LG Blu-Ray Player, Walmart: $38
2. Emerson 40" HDTV, Walmart: $198
3. Nine West Tall Riding Boots, Macys: $99
4. Power Wheels Cadillac Escalade, Toys R Us: $269.99
5. Jennifer Lopez Long Wool Coat, Kohls: $89.99
So, here we are one week later, one week closer to Christmas, and boy am I kicking myself for not snatching up some of these steals.

5. Jennifer Lopez Long Wool Coat, Kohl's: $89.99 - NOW: $119.99
