MOSCOW, Idaho—A judge was scheduled to hear arguments this week on a lawsuit against the University of Idaho.
The parents of former student Amanda Anda-Verde sued the university and the Idaho State Board of Education after she fell from a fraternity chapter window in 2009. She was seriously injured in the fall.
Her parents argue the university and state officials didn’t do enough to ensure the safety of students at the home.
A judge will hear arguments Wednesday on whether the lawsuit should be dismissed.
