MOSCOW, Idaho -- A group called the American Humanist Association says its billboard in Moscow, Idaho reading "Millions are good without God" has been vandalized again. It appeared the sign was altered to make the "out" in "without" blend into the background, so the sign appeared to read "Millions are good with God".
The group said it received word from the Moscow Police Dept. that the sign was vandalized sometime between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.
"This is not just vandalism, it is religiously motivated vandalism which attempts to silence a minority viewpoint." David Noise, President of the American Humanist Assoc. said in a statement.
"Everyone, not just humanists, should be concerned about such acts", he said.
It's the second time in two weeks the sign has been vandalized.
The group says Humanism is the idea that you can be good without a belief in God.
