SPOKANE-- Around downtown Spokane, drivers see a lot of homeless people on the side of the road.
Some are begging for food, others are begging for cash.
And there’s one who says he isn’t in it for the money. KREM 2’s Danielle Grant spoke to the man about why he’s simply asking for smiles.
