SPOKANE, Wash. -- The Spokane Home Depot shopper accused of pepper spraying an elderly woman in the face has been sentenced.
Sherri Schlosser was convicted of third degree assault for the attack last summer. She was sentenced to Friday to one month in jail but gets credit for one day served. The rest of that jail time will be converted to 240 hours of community service, 12 months of community custody and anger management training.
Investigators say the attack stemmed from road rage.
