SPOKANE-- Washington State Patrol says 36-year-old Dustin Spangle had been heading eastbound on SR206 just before midnight last night. He drove off the road and rolled his GMC Pickup. The pickup came to a stop in a yard. Troopers say Spangle then ran from the scene. Police are still looking for him. His passenger, 30-year-old Dawn Moores was taken to Sacred Heart. She had not been wearing her seat belt at the time. Troopers say drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
