Gonzaga University suing Daiquiri Factory over use of logos

SPOKANE, Wash.--KREM 2 News confirmed that Gonzaga University is suing the owner of a Downtown Spokane bar.

The Daiquiri Factory drew national attention when it advertised a drink called Date Grape Kool-Aid. The drink name was later changed following multiple protests.

The bar also has a drink called Bulldog Lemonade.

Gonzaga wanted the bar to stop using its logos and trademarks.
