SPOKANE-- A resolution might have been reached with Forrest Rodgers, the formerly fired executive director of the Museum of Arts and Culture.
If reinstated as director, Rodgers will be paid the same compensation, along with back pay. The back pay will cover all of the time since he was let go on May 2.
The settlement is subject to settlement of Rodgers’ lawsuit against the museum and obtaining consent from Gov. Gregoire.
Attorneys say they are considering the offer and they will meet with the state’s attorney general to discuss details of dropping the suit.
