SPOKANE-- Fired director of the Museum of Arts and Culture Forrest Rodgers is headed back to work.
Rodgers’ attorney Bob Dunn said his client signed the final settlement with the MAC board over wrongful termination.
The museum will pay $32,000 in back wages and $17,000 in legal fees.
Dunn said the museum never explained why it fired his client.
