SPOKANE VALLEY-- Family and friends of a missing Spokane Valley man say they are worried sick about his welfare, and are combing the streets looking for him.
Loved ones say 71-year-old Samuel H. Counts suffers from dementia. His family said he went out buy bread on November 23 and never returned home.
Counts was last wearing a red and black jacket, jeans and white tennis shoes. He is six feet tall and weighs 170 pounds.
Family members say they have been notified by people in Spokane Valley that they spotted Counts walking around town, but did not know he was missing at the time. Some of the reports came from people at the Argonne Village Shopping Center.
Counts is a retired postal worker. He lives with his wife in Spokane Valley.
