SPOKANE, Wash. -- An eight vehicle wreck blocked Interstate 90 on Thursday around 4:30 p.m. Washington State Troopers responded to the scene in the eastbound lanes near the Division Street exit.
Fire dispatchers told KREM 2 News that paramedics treated three people with injuries.
The crash blocked the two right lanes along eastbound Interstate 90.
