KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho.-- A North Idaho woman filed a lawsuit against Jimmy John’s and an Idaho sprouts farm in May after she ate sprouts contaminated with E. coli.

Health officials linked eight cases of E. coli in Washington and Idaho to sprouts from Evergreen Fresh Sprouts near Moyie Springs, Idaho.  The FBI launched an investigation into the outbreak.
