DEER PARK, Wash. -- A rollover wreck partially blocked traffic for hours on Highway 395 Wednesday morning.
It happened just before 3 a.m. at Owens Road.
Crews rescued an unconscious woman, a passenger trapped inside the car. She was transported to the hospital for her injuries.
The driver of the car faces DUI charges.
