SPOKANE-- The City of Spokane has lifted a “Do Not Occupy” order on the building that used to be the Ridpath Hotel.
That means Diamond Parking can start operating again out of the lower level parking garage.
The restaurant area can also be rented out to a business that has expressed interest in taking over the space.
