MOSES LAKE, Wash.-- Grant County detectives made a second arrest Thursday night but were still looking for one more person in connection with a man found shot in the head last week in Moses Lake.

The victim Dale Olmos was found December 11th in a field near the intersection of Hiawatha Rd and Road 5 Northeast.

The Grant Count Sheriff's Office said Jose Rivera, 16, was arrested at a house on Marina Drive without incident Thursday night.  Authorities had previously arrested 21-year-old Jordan Wiester for attempted first-degree murder and unlawful possession of a firearm.

They are still looking for another person of interest, 46-year-old Gilbert Williamson, who is 6’0, 220lbs according to detectives.

Detectives said they believe Olmos was shot because he was suspected of stealing someone’s cell phone. He remains in critical condition.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Williamson are asked to call the grant county sheriff's office.
