Spokane, Wash.--Authorities announced Tuesday that they are investigation a Spokane Valley death as a homicide.  Timothy Walsh, 58, was found dead on Saturday at a motor home near Edgerton and Kiernan.

A man found the body and called 911 around 10:45 p.m.

Spokane County Sheriff’s deputies arrived to find Walsh lying on a bed. Authorities said there were no signs of trauma but the man’s pants were down.

Deputies found that one of the doors at the home appeared to have been forced open.  The man who called 911 claimed that he knew Walsh was squatting on the property and did not own it.

An autopsy report said Walsh died of a brain stem hemorrhage but the remainder of the cause of death is pending further testing.
