CRAIGMONT, Idaho -- Sheriff’s deputies in Lewis County, Idaho honored two of their own for saving a man’s life.
Corporal Philip Arnzen and Deputy Austin Smith responded to a car crash late Friday near Craigmont. They found a man trapped under his car in a creek. The deputies lifted the car off the man, saving his life.
The driver is recovering in the hospital.
