SPOKANE-- Major Crime Detectives said Monday the death of a 4-month old baby girl who died Friday appeared to be accidental.
Spokane Police Sgt. Jason Hartman said Monday following an autopsy the death looks accidental but is still under investigation until toxicology comes back to the Medical Examiners Office.
Spokane Police said the death of the infant was suspicious on Friday.
Around 11:20 a.m. Spokane Police responded to a residence in the Perry District for a medical call for a 4 ½ month-old girl. The infant was transported to an area hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
