SPOKANE, Wash. -- Washington State Patrol says the 4 lanes that were block on I-90 are now cleared.
Officials say a car collided with a semi at mile marker 278 around 9 p.m. but have not been able to locate the semi. A part of the bumper was left at the scene.
The 3 westbound lanes and 1 eastbound lane were blocked by fire crews and the vehicle involved.
