SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash.--The court date for the teen accused of killing two classmates riding in his car was postponed on Tuesday.
Preston Maher was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning.

Maher was driving home from a birthday party in Spokane Valley when police said he decided to take what is known as “The Ponderosa Jump” but lost control and crashed.
McKenzie Mott and Josie Freier, age 15, died in the crash.
Maher faces two counts of vehicular homicide.
