PULLMAN-- Anybody who stepped foot outside on Monday knew first hand just how cold it felt outside.
On the campus of Washington State University, some people might be surprised to see how the students were dressed.
There is a wide range of winter wear on campus, from body length parkas, to thick or light jackets, to short sleeves and no jackets.
One student told KREM 2 News a couple of years ago he saw someone who didn’t wear any shoes all year long.
