COLVILLE, Wash.--A retired veteran from Colville won a total of $250,000 after winning the lottery twice in two and a half months.

Dennis Campbell said he would donate to his church and would build his seven-year-old son an ATV track on the land adjacent to his house. Campbell was also able to pay off his entire house with his winnings and buy a new car.

Campbell claimed his first prize of $200,000 on February 26, 2014 after playing Washington’s Lottery Big Ol’ Bens Scratch game.

Campbell won again on April 8, 2014. He claimed a $50,000 prize for playing Washington’s Lottery Gem 7’s Scratch game.
