COLVILLE, Wash. -- Police in Colville are trying to figure out what led to the murder of a local man.
David S. Barr, 56, was found dead Thursday morning at a home on West 2nd.
Deena L. Bailey, 49, faces second-degree murder charges in the case. She was booked into the Stevens Co. Jail.
