SPOKANE, Wash. -- The City of Spokane lifted a Stage 2 Snow Emergency plan two days after powder hammered the area.
As of noon Wednesday, city crews will return to their normal winter operations. They have completed plowing around Spokane, aside from a couple of exceptions. Cul-de-sacs will be done Thursday.
The City will finish the week in Browne’s Addition, but people living there will not have to move their cars.
Deicers and sanders will stay out Wednesday to tackle icy spots and prepare for any additional snow.
