SPOKANE-- The Spokane City Council is scheduled to meet Monday to consider a resolution to the civil case between the City of Spokane and the family of Otto Zehm.
The resolution will be considered as part of the council’s regularly scheduled meeting. The public is welcome to attend.
Mayor David Condon and Ann Zehm reached and agreement on Tuesday following two days of mediation. The settlement allows for a $1.67 million dollar payment to the Zehm family, as well as a letter of apology and a promise to require further crisis intervention training to police officer.
