SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash.—The owner of Charlie P’s restaurant in Spokane valley hosted a fundraiser Saturday for a teenager who was hit by a police cruiser while riding his bike nearby.
The 15-year-old, Ryan Holyk, was in critical condition after Deputy Joseph Bodman struck him on his way to a domestic violence call in May.
