SPOKANE--Spokane car lot owners say they're being targeted and they have the criminals on tape.

Employees at Cliff Motors on North Market say they’re being targeted over and over.  The latest car theft was caught on camera.  Several young men spent nearly two hours boosting cars.

It’s happening across town too.

Rick Harter at Affordable Motors on Sprague was hit in late June.  Harter gave his surveillance video to police, but says a BMW and Suburban were taken along with items in his office.

Spokane Police say they're investigating the thefts and it could be connected to a larger burglary ring.

In addition to the stolen vehicles totaling in thousands lost, both car lot owners say thieves are taking hundreds of batteries.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
