COEUR D'ALENE -- Coeur d'Alene Police located a woman reportedly suffering from bipolar disorder safe at a restaurant on East Sherman Avenue in Coeur d'Alene.
Jessica Lee Lane, 25, was last seen Sunday when her mother dropped her off at a bus station near Appleway and Government Way.
