SPOKANE, Wash. -- The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales are scheduled to make several appearances in the Spokane area ahead of Father’s Day.
On Thursday, children at Providence Sacred Heart Children's Hospital will be able to meet one of the biggest horses in the crew.
On Friday, the eight-horse hitch will be harnessed and hitched to the famous red beer wagon at the Spokane Indians home opener. The event gets underway around 5 p.m. at the field. The same hitch will also appear in Downtown Spokane on Saturday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The horses will then head out Sunday, Father’s Day, to Fairchild Air Force Base.
