SPOKANE -- The man accused of helping his girlfriend kill her husband is facing charges again.

Brian Moore is charged with premeditated murder. He allegedly plotted to kill Dale Stark with the help of Stark's estranged wife Shellye.

Shellye was sentenced in 2007, she is serving a 50 year prison sentence for the shooting.

Brian was arrested in California, he also faces federal drug and weapons charges down there.

Local charges against Moore were dismissed until that federal case was over. A court date for these new charges will be set once he is transferred to Spokane County.
