PULLMAN, Wash. -- Police arrested a Pullman man who they said exposed himself on local transit buses on the WSU campus and in the City of Pullman.
Detectives arrested 21-year-old Andrew M. Payne for indecent exposure, which is a gross misdemeanor.
The investigation started Nov. 8 with a report that someone exposed himself on a Pullman Transit bus. Several pictures of the suspect were circulated, and detectives identified him.
Payne was interviewed Tuesday and confessed to the incidents, authorities said.
Police said Payne may be connected to four exposure incidents.
