A crime like this is no doubt related, in some way, to drugs. If we are to make Spokane County a safe place to live and raise families we must do something. An easy way to help is to contact your legislature and let them know that cuts in helping get people off drugs is making the public susceptible to such crimes. For every $1 we spend now on getting people off drugs we save taxpayers $7-10 later in police work, courts, jail, emergency rooms, etc. This is a documented fact. Go to http://apps.leg.wa.gov/districtfinder/ and send an email it really is easy to do.
