EUREKA, MT--Authorities in Montana canceled an amber alert for a 3-year-old boy abducted by his biological father.
Alvin Barnett was abducted by his father Robert Barnett in Elk Valley, British Columbia. The suspect’s vehicle, a 2002 blue Subaru Outback, was seen crossing the border in Eureka, MT around 3:15 p.m. Thursday.
Authorities said the boy was safely located in Montana early Friday morning. They also took Barnett into custody.
