SPOKANE-- AirOne footage from a high speed chase after a man shot two Spokane County Deputies was released Thursday.
Charles Wallace fatally shot him self after police say he fired at two Spokane County deputies during a traffic stop.
Video shows just how wild Tuesday's chase was with the man who shot two Spokane County Sheriff's Deputies.
Helicopter video shows him all over the road just before a dramatic crash.
The video is 14 minutes long in its entirety; the video was released by Spokane police without audio. It details the suspect high-speed chase
The Spokane County Sheriff's Office helicopter picks up Charles Wallace at Colbert Road and Highway 2. He's in the 2002 Honda Accord he'd just stolen from an 87-year-old woman in North Spokane.
As he's driving north, he zooms past cars, narrowly missing some. He even weaves along the shoulder to get by.
A couple minutes later he returns to the right side of the road where you can see a deputy tailing him for the first time.
From here, he moves into riverside, you can see the LDS Church and the high school. He attempts to make a left onto Deer Park-Milan Road, when a Sheriff's deputy car rams into the suspect's. At that point, a second law enforcement vehicle catches up with him.
Minutes later he slows a bit at the round-about. Wallace continues, but moments later he hits spike stripes, flies through the intersection and slams into a parked police car and into a guardrail.
That's when the cops draw their guns. At some point Charles Wallace shoots himself in the head. It's not obvious when, but you can see some of the authorities dropping their weapons.
