Admitted voyeur caught targeting Spokane Co. shoppers

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash.—Shoppers beware! A local man was recently accused of taking video and pictures of women’s rear-ends in Spokane Valley stores.

Spokane County Sheriff’s deputies said they found the evidence on Kyle Tucker’s cell phone. The 26-year-old was recently arrested and admitted to snapping inappropriate photos of women, but offered an unusual excuse. Investigators said Tucker told them that he only takes the pictures when he is hungover.

 

Tucker faced a judge on Monday for voyeurism charges. Court documents showed Tucker preyed on women at Winco, Target and Rosauers stores in the Spokane area.

Deputies said there are dozens of victims, but most never knew they were captured on camera. Tucker admitted to taking pictures and videos of hundreds of woman according to authorities, he added that he knew he was invading their privacy.

Following Tucker’s confession, he showed deputies his massive collection of photographs and videos according to records. Court documents stated that Tucker took photos up women’s dresses.
