SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. -- A Spokane County Deputy who was accused of having sex on duty has filed for arbitration in hopes of getting his job back.
Investigators said Deputy Scott Kenoyer admitted to having sex with a woman while he was on duty. He was fired August 15.
Sheriff’s Office employees conducted an internal investigation into his conduct when a woman claimed that she had sex with Kenoyer while he was on duty. The Sheriff's Office said Kenoyer was only out of service for approximately nine minutes when the sex occurred. Investigators said he was not on break when the sex act took place and Kenoyer claimed he was on a citizen contact call.
This is the third Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputy who faced allegations of having sex on duty.
