Police arrest second Piggie's robbery suspect

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho. -- The second suspect wanted in connection with a robbery at Piggie's Deli was arrested Thursday.

Andrew Jared Reed, 24, and Tony Shope, 22, allegedly robbed the deli on Sherman Avenue November 4. 

Shope was charged with one count of robbery and was transported to the Kootenai County Public Safety Building. 

Detectives had been seeking a warrant to arrest Reed, and finally placed Reed in custody around 10 a.m. Thursday.  Police found Reed in the parking lot of a Lowe’s hardware store.  They said he was arrested without incident.

Reed was also transported to the Kootenai County Public Safety Building and was being held on a $100,000 bond.
