SPOKANE, Wash. -- Mayor David Condon joined other city leaders on Spokane’s South Hill Wednesday to show the progress of one of the city’s first integrated construction projects.
Multiple funding sources have come together to make the Crestline Project a reality.
“The contracting community looks at us like we have 3 heads when we talk about integrated strategy. They didn’t think we could pull this off and this is our first project,” said Business and Developer Director Jan Quintrall.
Crestline is being dug up from 37th to 57th Street to replace a 60-year-old water main and some of the pavement there.
Workers are also adding bike lanes and sidewalks.
