Study rates top 15 airlines for quality

The annual ratings were released April 2, 2012 by researchers at Wichita State University and Purdue University. They are based on data airlines supply the government in four areas: lost bags, delayed flights, bumpings from full flights and consumer complaints to the Department of Transportation.
