SPOKANE-- Two 12-year-old boys may face assault charges after allegedly severely injuring a 13-year-old boy at the Hillyard Skate Park in August.
A 13-year-old boy suffered a broken jaw and a concussion after being assaulted at the skate park on August 20 according to detectives.
Spokane Police Major Crimes Detectives have submitted a charging request to Juvenile prosecutors requesting two 12 year old males be charged with Second Degree Assault.
