Low & high carb diet about the same

Doctors have some advice to keep in mind this holiday season.  When it comes to losing weight, a low-carb diet may work as well as a high-carb one.

Researchers studied nearly 150 men and women who lost weight after cutting their calorie intake for three months.

People who followed a high-carb the following year had the same success keeping the pounds off as those who stuck to a low-carb diet.
