Young people with type one diabetes may have a hard time sleeping, which could lead to bigger problems.

A new study found young diabetics between ages 10 and 16 spent more time in lighter sleep stages than kids without diabetes.

Researchers say that led to behavior problems and poor grades, and made it tougher to control higher blood sugar levels.
