Christopher Charles started his journey to a healthier life in March of 2012.  He says he works out for two hours three times a week.  He says while he hasn’t noticed a huge difference on the scales he has noticed a big difference with his energy and how he feels in general.

“I feel way better.  I have a lot more energy and I don’t sleep near as much,” said Christopher.

On average Christopher says he sleeps about six hours every night and usually wakes up before his alarm goes off.  He does a lot of different exercises at the gym but one of his most memorable times was when he walked on the treadmill at an incline of 10 for 1 ½ miles.

We will continue to check in with Christopher throughout his journey to a healthier life.
