SPOKANE, Wash.-- The Inland Northwest Blood Center needs the public’s help this holiday season.

The INBC said donations are down and it desperately need donors.  Officials said recent snow fall deterred donors in recent weeks.  Also, volunteers are out of town for the holidays so that affects donations, as well.

Organizers said they need more donations this time of year due to the increase in car crashes. AAA reports New Year’s Day is often one of the deadliest days on the road across the country.

Visit www. INBCsaves.org or call 1-800-423-0151 for more information on how to donate.
