Flags fly at half-staff in honor of fallen Spokane soldier

SPOKANE -- Flags are flying at half-staff in honor of a Spokane soldier killed in Afghanistan.

Army Chief Warrant Officer Niall Lyons died along with six other soldiers last week when their helicopter crashed.

Lyons was a 1988 graduate of Shadle High School and went on to study geography at Eastern Washington University.
