SPOKANE -- The City of Spokane hauled in three portable toilets for homeless people to use downtown.
The toilets were installed in three areas along 4th Ave. under I-90 Wednesday morning.
The City received complaints from nearby businesses that homeless people were using their storefronts as restrooms.
The City is not sure how long the toilets will stay.
Some homeless people said they will use the toilets, but wonder if the City installed enough of them.
