USK, Wash. -- A visit between longtime friends ended in a deadly shooting in Pend Oreille County.
Deputies arrived at a home just south of Usk, Wash. on Monday. They found 57-year-old Dana Morey dead from a gun shot wound to the chest.
Authorities questioned and arrested 62-year-old Charles Langford, who was treated for seizure-like symptoms at Newport Community Hospital before being booked for murder.
The shooting remains under investigation.
