SPOKANE, Wash. -- A woman charged with murdering her husband in 2006 has been found guilty for a second time.
A jury found Shellye Stark guilty of first-degree murder in the death of her husband Dale on Friday.
Stark also faced a conspiracy to commit murder charge, but the jury found her not guilty.
A jury first found Stark guilty in the murder of her husband in 2009, but that conviction was overturned.
Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 2.
