PULLMAN, Wash.-- Pullman Police reported two people were stabbed following a large fight near the Washington State University campus.
Officers responded to the fight near Campus Commons North apartment complex early Sunday, according to Commander Chris Tennant. When they arrived, they learned a male victim had been taken to Pullman Regional Hospital with a stab wound to the chest. They said the victim suffered a punctured lung and was reported in serious but stable condition
As authorities interviewed witnesses, they located a second victim who had been stabbed in the buttocks. Medics took the victim to the hospital where he was treated and released.
Authorities have not made any arrests in the case but said they believe they know who is responsible for the attack.
