PLUMMER, Idaho-- A judge sentenced two men Friday for a Plummer, Idaho murder.
Jody Miller was sentenced to 24 years in jail for the 2nd degree murder of Antowyn Swiney. He will be eligible for parole after 12 years. Miller is one of two inmates who tried to escape from Benewah County Jail in early February.
The judge sentenced Ireal Kennedy to jail for 10 years. He could be fee after two.
Miller and Kennedy’s sentences are part of a plea deal.
They confessed to stabbing Swiney to death last spring.
